摘要

患者

女

41岁。就诊日期:2016年8月25日。主诉:吞咽困难1年余。病史:4年前因胃脘部不适行胃镜检查

确诊为浅表性胃炎伴轻度糜烂。期间服用奥美拉唑等药物

症状有所缓解。1年前因工作繁杂、精神状态紧张、饮食不规律而出现食欲下降

后渐感饮食下咽不畅

尤以食用硬物明显

胃脘部胀满加重。行胃食管钡餐造影检查显示:食管呈梭状扩张;胃贲门处钡剂受阻

钡剂通行缓慢。确诊为贲门失弛缓症。期间服用中西药物(具体用药不详)
