摘要

目的:探索治疗安眠药物依赖性失眠的较佳疗法。方法:23例安眠药物依赖性失眠患者

采用针刺背俞穴结合透灸法治疗

穴取肺俞、心俞、肝俞、脾俞、肾俞、太冲

留针加透灸40min。每日治疗1次

6次为一疗程

疗程间隔1 d

治疗5个疗程后进行疗效评价及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分。结果:痊愈12例

有效9例

无效2例

总有效率为91.3%(21/23);PSQI评分治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:针刺背俞穴结合透灸法治疗安眠药物依赖性失眠疗效较好。
