摘要

目的:探寻可减轻行混合痔吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术(PPH术)患者术后并发症的有效疗法。方法:将60例预行混合痔PPH术的患者随机分为单纯手术组和术前电针干预组

每组30例。单纯手术组给予PPH术常规治疗

术前电针干预组在术前30min针刺八髎穴

于次髎、下髎行电针刺激30min。比较两组患者术后24 h内肛门坠胀、疼痛程度及持续时间和首次排尿情况。结果:术前电针干预组在术后6、12、18 h肛门坠胀和疼痛评分、术后24 h内肛门坠胀和疼痛持续时间评分及首次排尿评分均优于单纯手术组(均P<0.05)。结论:术前30 min电针八髎穴可减轻混合痔PPH术患者术后6、12、18 h肛门坠胀及疼痛程度

缩短术后24 h内肛门坠胀、疼痛持续时间

促进首次排尿。
