因"黑便3 d"于2016年7月13日就诊。病史:10天前无明显诱因出现黑色稀便

连续3 d

于西双版纳州人民医院消化内科门诊查便常规:潜血(+)

血常规、凝血功能、肝肾功能、血淀粉酶、甲状腺功能未见明显异常。消化内科以黑便查因(消化性溃疡并出血?感染性肠炎?)收入院。住院期间查体:体温36.7℃

脉搏79次/min

呼吸20次/min

血压93/67 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa);腹平软

剑突下无压痛

无反跳痛

肝脾未及
