摘要

目的:探讨快速按摩刺激水道穴在预防产妇产后尿潴留等方面的临床疗效。方法:将200例经阴道分娩的产妇按照随机数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组

每组100例。观察组采用快速按摩刺激水道穴

对照组不进行任何干预

自然排尿。以中医证候量化评分表进行排尿通畅感评分

记录产妇有无产后尿潴留、首次排尿不畅感、首次排尿时间、首次排尿量及产后出血量。结果:观察组产妇首次排尿不畅感明显低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组产妇产后首次排尿时间明显早于对照组(P<0.001);观察组产妇产后首次排尿量明显多于对照组(P<0.001);在预防产后尿潴留方面

观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:水道穴快速按摩刺激可减轻产后首次排尿不畅感

并使产妇产后自行顺利排尿时间明显提前

首次排尿量显著增多

能有效预防产妇产后尿潴留。
