摘要

目的:观察上八邪、合谷穴合谷刺结合后溪穴与此3穴常规针刺治疗中风后手功能障碍的临床疗效差异。方法:将42例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组

每组21例。观察组采用患侧上八邪、合谷穴合谷刺结合后溪穴针刺治疗

对照组取穴同观察组

进行常规针刺操作

每日针刺1次

6d为一疗程

每疗程间隔1 d

5个疗程后观察疗效。以简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)、改良Barthel指数和Brunnstrom分级标准对两组治疗前后手功能情况进行评定。结果:两组治疗后FMA评分、Barthel指数、Brunnstrom分级均较治疗前提高(均P<0.05)

且观察组治疗后FMA评分、Barthel指数、Brunnstrom分级均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:上八邪、合谷穴合谷刺结合后溪穴能有效治疗中风后手功能障碍

疗效优于上八邪、合谷与后溪穴常规针刺治疗。
