摘要

《素问》言:"治寒以热

治热以寒"

此言其常。然而治热以热则为其变

临床中又称之为"反治法"

以热治热

寓意颇深。临床中

将火针用于辨证属于火热证的痄腮、痛风、丹毒、乳痈、缠腰火丹、口疮等病证中取得了较好疗效

认为火针疗法集毫针与艾灸的功效于一体

其借助火力强开外门

可将热邪引出体外

且火针速入疾出

使热外泄

达到以热引热之效。
