摘要

笔者从穴方思路、针法特点、典型病案3个方面介绍张庆萍教授临床针灸治疗血管性痴呆的特色及经验。张师在血管性痴呆的治疗上针对病因施治

以脑为本、以补为先、以通为用

强调补肾充髓、补脾养脑、通络聪脑

并结合整体施治

强调调神之法。临证重用百会以通脑络

善用原穴及八会穴以补脏腑、充血脉

注重灸法以化瘀通络、调气血

尤其是本团队特色艾灸方法之化瘀通络灸法

在临床治疗中取得了较好的疗效。
