摘要

《灵枢·经筋》云:"热则筋纵不收

无用燔针"。一些医家拘泥于此言

认为热证禁用火针。火针既可"借火助阳"以补虚

又可"开门祛邪"以泻实

乃至"以热引热"

使火郁壅滞得泻

即"火郁发之"之意[1]。毫火针是对火针的发扬与创新

临床上治疗多种热证效如桴鼓

现举隅如下。1典型医案1.1带状疱疹急性期
