摘要

目的:探讨艾灸神阙穴配合温针灸关元、三阴交穴治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将120例青年原发性痛经女性患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组60例。对照组采用温针灸关元和三阴交治疗

观察组予艾灸神阙穴配合温针灸关元和三阴交治疗

共4个月经周期。记录并比较两组患者治疗前后痛经症状回顾性量表中的严重程度评分、总频率评分以及痛经视觉模拟评分(VAS)

并评估两种治疗方法的安全性。结果:治疗后

两组患者严重程度评分、总频率评分及痛经疼痛VAS评分均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05)

观察组较对照组下降明显(均P<0.05)。两组患者安全性评估方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用艾灸神阙穴配合温针灸关元、三阴交治疗原发性痛经

具有较单用温针灸关元、三阴交更好的临床疗效

且安全可靠。
