总结美国国立临床诊疗指南数据库(NGC)和英国国家卫生与服务优化研究院(NICE)中推荐针灸治疗的疾病、推荐意见

并对其推荐疾病进行对比分析。检索NICE和NGC中提及针灸的指南

并根据推荐疾病种类和推荐强度进行分类后比较分析。本研究最后纳入NGC 45篇指南

共59条推荐意见;纳入NICE 29篇指南

共29条推荐意见。NGC和NICE推荐疾病以疼痛为主

NGC推荐的疾病更多

范围更广。两者对针灸的具体操作方法的描述都需要进一步补充。
