患者

男

38岁。初诊日期:2017年9月10日。主诉:左侧口眼歪斜3月余。现病史:3个月前无明显诱因出现左耳后疼痛

伴听力下降

2天后左外耳道出现疱疹

左侧额纹消失

左眼用力不能完全闭合

左鼻唇沟变浅

口角向右侧歪斜

鼓腮漏气

面部肌肉麻木无力

就诊于江苏省第二中医院脑病科

诊断为"周围性面瘫"
