患儿

女

20个月。初诊日期:2016年5月21日。其母代诉:右眼下睑肿块2月余。2个月前患儿母亲发现患儿右眼下睑出现肿块

大小如米粒

色红

表皮完整光滑

触之较硬

患儿未诉疼痛及明显不适

其母以为蚊虫叮咬

未予特殊处理

后患儿频繁揉眼

诉有沉重感

查看后觉肿块变大

遂前往南京市儿童医院就诊

诊断为霰粒肿

建议行霰粒肿刮除术

患儿家长考虑患儿幼小

害怕手术麻醉产生不良反应而拒行
