摘要

留针是针刺过程中的一个重要环节

如何科学地制定因人因病制宜的最佳留针时间一直以来受到学界的思考和关注。本文通过梳理归纳先秦至今涉及留针的古今文献

细述了随着生产力的提高

留针时间由短及长的衍变过程。集历代医家之所见

留针的最终目的是为了更好的发挥针刺效应

而其前提则应是确保针刺安全。基于此

临床医师应谨慎合理选择患者可以耐受的最佳留针时限

以节约医患双方的时间成本

避免针刺耐受效应的发生

并降低长留针、久留针所带来的针刺安全隐患。
