摘要

目的:观察金针王乐亭经验方配合火针治疗原发帕金森病的疗效。方法:将22例原发帕金森病患者作为观察对象

脱落5例

完成17例。患者入组时至少维持6个月治疗帕金森西药不变的情况下

继续服用入组前西药用量

并予以金针王乐亭经验方"督脉十三针""手足十二针"随症加减配合火针点刺督脉和阿是穴(肌筋膜紧张压痛点)治疗

隔日1次

每周针刺3次

共治疗12周。观察患者治疗前后的帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)、39项帕金森病生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)的评分变化

并评判疗效。结果:有效16例

无效1例

总有效率为94.1%。治疗后患者UPDRS总分和PDQ-39评分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05)

与治疗前比较

UPDRⅢ评分治疗4周后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)

治疗8、12周后

UPDRⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ各项评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:金针王乐亭经验方配合火针治疗原发帕金森病具有良好的临床效果。
