针感是针刺得气的重要标志之一

与临床疗效关系密切。本文通过系统梳理得气针感与不同组织结构(皮肤

神经、血管)关系的相关研究

认为得气针感是穴区多种组织结构共同参与的产物

主要与神经系统关系密切。而医者手下的得气感

即滞针感可能是运针过程中引起的穴区肌肉收缩所致。通过系统梳理

提出了基于不同穴区组织结构及其脑功能响应系统探讨不同运针手法在产生得气针感中的作用的研究新思路

以期为阐明得气针感的科学机制及其临床应用提供一定的参考。
