患者

男

73岁

因"咳嗽、咳痰、气喘反复20余年

加重3 d"由门诊于2017年10月28收入江苏省第二中医院呼吸科。入院诊断"慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭"

给予"吸氧、控制感染、止咳化痰、平喘"等综合治疗

同时予BIPAP无创呼吸机辅助通气

初始呼吸机参数为S/T模式
