患者

女

52岁。就诊日期:2017年7月29日(正值三伏天)。主诉:动辄头面部汗出伴下半身寒凉10余年。病史:于10年前无明显诱因出现下半身寒凉伴头面部汗出

在某社区医院以围绝经期综合征口服中药治疗(具体不详)未见明显缓解

后未进行系统诊治。刻下症:面部红赤

语声高亢而气短

头面部汗出浸衣

手中执帕不停擦拭

上着短袖
