患者

男

59岁

于2017年8月20日就诊。主诉:右侧面部及下颌部间断性放射痛10月余

加重1个月。现病史:10个月前无明显诱因出现右侧面部及下颌部剧烈疼痛

呈放射状

甚时及耳

于当地医院口腔科诊断无异常

头颅MRI检查无异常。随后疼痛发作频繁

就诊于北京301医院

确诊为"耳大神经痛"

先后口服地奥司明片、加巴喷丁胶囊、
