摘要

目的:总结针刺时效的研究现状及影响因素

并对针刺最佳效应时机进行阐述与分析

为取得临床最佳治疗效果提供参考。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANFANG)、维普数据库(VIP)及PubMed数据库2000年1月至2018年8月有关针刺时效的文献

进行归纳分析。结果:共纳入43篇文献

分别从即时效应、后效应及总时效3方面进行研究

涉及留针时间、穴位种类、穴位数量及针刺频次等影响因素。结论:目前针刺作用时效关系的研究虽已取得初步成果

但研究多分散孤立

不成体系;留针时间及后效应观察时间不够长

无法观察到针刺确切的最佳诱导期、半衰期和残效期。今后应结合前人的研究经验与成果

制定更加合理的研究方案

纵向观察针刺的整个作用时期。
