摘要

目的:比较"调任通督针刺法"与口服雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片(芬吗通)治疗肾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全患者的临床疗效。方法:将50例肾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全患者随机分为观察组、对照组

每组25例。观察组采用"调任通督针刺法"

针刺百会、中脘、关元、气海、中极、腰阳关、腰俞、命门等穴

隔日1次

1个月为一疗程;对照组口服芬吗通治疗

每次1片

每日1次

1个月为一疗程。两组均连续治疗3个疗程

观察两组治疗前后的临床症状、月经改善情况

血清雌二醇(E_2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)的变化。结果:两组治疗后临床症状及月经情况均有改善(P<0.01)

血清FSH、LH水平均显著降低(P<0.01)

而血清E_2水平均显著升高(P<0.01)。观察组月经改善率、月经改善时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)

但在停经复发率、临床症状评分改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清E_2水平低于对照组(P<0.05)

血清LH、FSH水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应率为4.0%(1/25)

低于对照组的36.0%(9/25

P<0.05)。结论:"调任通督针刺法"对于肾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全具有很好的疗效

在改善患者的临床症状、停经复发及降低血清FSH、LH水平上优于芬吗通治疗

且不良反应少。
