摘要

脊髓小脑性共济失调(spinocerebellar ataxia

SCA)是一组以脊髓、小脑、脑干病变为主的变性病

同时累及视神经、周围神经、大脑等区域。该病为高度遗传异质性疾病

临床可分为SCA1-SCA40型

共40型

。此病发病率为十万分之一至十万分之四

我国常见为SCA3型([1])。此病发病率为十万分之一至十万分之四

我国常见为SCA3型

发病率位居中枢神经系统遗传病中第3位([2-3])

发病率位居中枢神经系统遗传病中第3位

([4])

。多在30～40岁隐匿起病

缓慢进展

临床上以共济及运动障碍为主要特征

通常在起病10～20年
