摘要

良性前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia

BPH)是一种复杂的、由多种因素造成的、影响绝大多数老年男性生活质量的常见疾病。前列腺的良性增生表现为前列腺体积增大和出现下尿路症状

提示有下尿路梗阻的存在

。BPH的临床症状主要为储尿期的尿频、尿急、尿失禁以及夜尿增多等

排尿期的排尿踌躇、排尿困难以及间断排尿等
