摘要

目的:通过对慢性胃炎患者与健康受试者督脉背段压痛反应和压痛阈的同步观察对比

探析慢性胃炎与督脉背段相关穴位或部位的特异性。方法:选取慢性胃炎患者和健康受试者各30例

同步对比观察督脉背段T_1～L_3棘突下的经穴和经上非穴点的压痛反应和机械压力痛阈。结果:胃炎组与健康组督脉背段各棘突下压痛反应出现率对比

差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);胃炎组督脉背段T_1～L_3各棘突下的压痛阈均比健康组低

T_4～T_9、T_(12)的组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01

P<0.05);胃炎组在督脉背段各棘突下的压痛反应出现率和压痛阈呈显著性负相关关系(P<0.01);健康组则呈无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:督脉T_4棘突下、神道(T_5)、灵台(T_6)3个穴位或部位为慢性胃炎与督脉背段相关的高度特异性穴位

可供针灸临床参考;高压痛反应出现率和低压痛阈值可能是慢性胃炎在督脉背段穴位特异性的重要表现形式。
