摘要

患者

女

22岁

于2018年5月29日就诊。主诉:恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀3月余

加重3周。现病史:自述婚后1年不孕

2017年10月测性激素6项结果示:垂体泌乳素(PRL)20.330 ng/mL

雌二醇(E2)41.000 pg/mL

促黄体生成素(LH)7.230 mU/mL

促卵泡生成素(hFSH) 3.680 mU/mL

睾酮(T)0.430 ng/mL

孕酮(P)0.200 ng/mL

诊断为多囊卵巢综合征。口服枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗

每次100 mg

每天1次

1周服用5 d

经药物促排卵3个月后受孕。月经史:
