摘要

患者

男

76岁

因"右眼白内障术后出现倒睫无法睁眼2月余"于2018年4月9日就诊。现病史:2018年2月于北京某医院行白内障手术

术后恢复期间出现下眼睑倒睫

并似有轻度下眼睑内翻

导致眼球刺痛。再次就诊于上述医院

诊断为"继发性倒睫"

将右眼下眼睑睫毛尽数拔除

但不过数日

眼球又刺痛难忍

且球结膜充血

无法睁眼伴流泪。医生建议到整形科对眼轮匝肌做睑内翻矫正手术
