摘要

通过梳理分析古代中医文献中提插补泻手法的发展演变过程

发现速度变化、幅度、层次、性别、受针左右、午前午后、术数为提插补泻手法的主要内容。其中性别、受针左右、午前午后、术数为非必要参数

速度变化、幅度和层次为必要参数。速度变化是提插补泻手法必要参数中的核心参数

并与幅度一起用以区分刺激量的大小

层次需视临床需要而定。总结提插补泻手法的核心操作技术为提插补法下插阶段用力加速向下

上提阶段针体缓慢匀速复位至提插运动起始点;提插泻法上提阶段用力加速向上

下插阶段针体缓慢匀速复位至提插运动起始点。以速度变化方向、速度大小和提插幅度作为提插补泻的参数进行针刺手法的量化

并结合人体针刺效应

有助于揭示针刺量效关系

提高临床疗效。
