摘要

梁繁荣教授在临床实践中

将《灵枢·五乱》"徐入徐出"的导气针法与"气至病所"法相结合

提出针刺时医患双方首先要平心静气

然后徐缓地进针以引导逆于阳分的浊气归于阴

得气后配合飞经走气手法以意引气

使气至病所

针毕徐缓出针引导逆于阴分的清气归于阳

使营卫之气各归其位的导气针法

用以治疗各种气机逆乱之证。临床可用于治疗心肺、肠胃、情志、神经系统及各类经脉闭阻疾病

选穴以病变相关经络的荥、输穴为主

根据"四海气街"理论配以相应的俞、募、合穴

针刺时用徐入徐出的手法进出针

得气后配合调气手法

引气至病所。
