涉及多种病症

更有论治肿瘤医案多篇。《针灸大成》医案指出肿瘤为有形之邪

其病理因素常为痰作祟

宜早诊治

若拖延则易发危候。针灸治疗时要以治其瘤为治本

兼顾固本培元

治疗时应分清病情缓急、注重针刺时机、讲究针刺补泻手法、强调运用艾灸法等。《针灸大成》医案论治肿瘤的学术特色对后世产生了深远影响

对今日指导临床针灸治疗肿瘤病症仍有重要意义。
