摘要

目的:观察麦粒灸配合药物治疗少弱精子症的临床效果。方法:将60例患者按1︰1比例随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组常规口服维生素E胶丸1次1粒

每日2次

五子衍宗丸1次1袋(6 g)

每日3次

共治疗3个月;观察组在口服以上药物基础上加用麦粒灸治疗

穴取关元、肾俞、足三里

每周治疗1次

治疗3个月

共12次。采用全自动精子质量分析系统测定两组精子浓度和精子前向活率(PR)

并比较两组临床疗效;采用精子核染色体结构检测(SCSA)方法检测观察组精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)。结果:(1)两组治疗1、2、3个月后精子浓度和精子PR均较治疗前增加(P<0.01)

且随治疗时间延长递增;两组内治疗2个月与1个月、治疗3个月与2个月比较

精子浓度和精子PR均明显增加(P<0.01);治疗1、2、3个月后

观察组精子浓度高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗3个月后

观察组精子PR高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗3个月后

观察组精子DFI较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)。(3)治疗3个月后

观察组总有效率高于对照组[86.7%(26/30)vs 63.3%(19/30)

P<0.05]。结论:麦粒灸结合药物治疗对精子浓度和精子前向活率有较好的改善作用

可以提高精子DNA完整性。
