摘要

患者

女

48岁。初诊时间:2018年1月13日。主诉:左眼视物模糊1月余。病史:1个月前无明显诱因出现左眼视物模糊

曾于2014年7月无明显诱因出现左眼失明

住院治疗后好转

45 d后继发右眼失明。2016年11月开始出现胸部疼痛伴束带感

右下肢至右足趾麻木

3 d后右下肢麻木伴右侧肩胛骨针刺样疼痛

胸椎MRI示T3～T5椎体水平脊髓内异常信号并斑片状强化

于新疆军区总医院确诊为"视神经脊髓炎"

治疗好转后出院

服用大剂量甲强龙维持治疗

1个月前复发

转而投诊。刻下症:形体肥胖
