摘要

巨刺法为《黄帝内经》中记载的一种针刺选穴方法

而龙虎交战针法始见于《针灸大全》

属于攻补兼施的一种复式补泻手法

临床广泛用于痛症的治疗

但是主要集中在神经系统及骨骼肌肉病变

在妇科疾病中运用甚少。本文通过分析慢性盆腔炎的病机特征

基于中医"异病同治"的理论

具体阐释巨刺法配合龙虎交战针法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床应用。
