摘要

针灸临床上取治于体表非固定处虽是常法

但相对于固定施治处之腧穴

其理论提升却长期阙如。"穴会"概念始见于《素问》关于孙络之会、谿谷之会的功能和意义等论述中。笔者基于对相关文本的深入分析

认为其内容性质当属对针刺非固定处的理论认识

进而从针刺施治处认识的角度分析穴会与经穴等在理论及其表达方面的关联与异同等

提出有关穴会的论述

是对非固定部位的一大类针灸施治处经验的理论升华

应成为当今针灸理论构建的资源

丰富对针灸体表刺激部位规律与本质的认识。
