摘要

目的:实现在针刺治疗的同时可以实时测量与记录穴位内温度参数的技术方法。方法:采用精细的线材热电偶嵌入到空芯针体作为穴位检测探针

按照穴位温度信号处理电路设计结构

利用Agilent34420A纳伏/微欧表进行穴位温度数据采集技术方法设计

建立一个穴位温度采集平台

进行穴位内温度采集

并开展验证实验

证明系统的可行性与稳定性。结果:通过与水银体温计的测温结果对比实验

结果显示所设计穴位温度数据采集平台测温曲线与标准体温计测量曲线吻合度极高

验证设计的测温平台的稳定性与可靠性;通过开展实验动物在体测量实验

结果显示利用穴位测温探针进行在体穴位内温度测量实验具有良好的可行性。结论:穴位测温探针和穴位内部温度数据采集技术方法能够实现对穴位内部温度的测量

并保证测量结果具有较高的精度和准确性

作为一种穴位内部温度参数采集的实验技术方法

能够定量地记录针刺过程中温度的变化情况。
