摘要

目的:验证温针灸配合西医常规治疗对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

AECOPD)痰浊壅肺证患者的作用。方法:将90例慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者随机分为西药组、温针组、假针组

每组30例。西药组按慢阻肺诊断治疗与预防全球倡议(global initiative for chronic obstructive lung disease

GOLD)指南方案常规治疗

温针组在常规治疗基础上选取丰隆、肺俞、足三里等穴位行温针灸;假针组在常规治疗基础上取非穴位

浅刺1～3 mm

每日1次

连续治疗2周。观察各组治疗前后肺功能1秒用力呼气量(forced expiratory volume in 1 s

FEV1)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity

FVC)、FEV1/FVC及咳嗽和咯痰评估问卷(cough and sputum assessment questionnaire

CASA)、慢阻肺患者自我评估测试(COPD assessment test

CAT)、中医证候评分变化。结果:治疗后

各组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗后FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组治疗后CASA评分、CAT评分及中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);温针组各项评分治疗前后差值均高于假针组及西药组(P<0.05)

假针组与西药组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温针灸对痰浊壅肺证AECOPD患者的症状改善有较明显的作用。
