摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗婴幼儿期痉挛型脑性瘫痪的疗效。方法:将62例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为观察组和对照组

每组31例。两组均给予综合康复治疗(运动疗法、电子生物反馈疗法、言语认知训练、推拿治疗)

观察组患儿在综合康复治疗基础上行针刺治疗

以百会、四神聪、运动区、夹脊穴、委中、悬钟、足三里、合谷为主穴

每次针刺留针15～20 min

每日1次

1周治疗5 d

45 d为一疗程

疗程间休息10 d

共治疗3个疗程。比较治疗前后两组患儿格赛尔发展量表适应性DQ分值、粗大运动功能测试(GMFM88)评分、内收肌及腓肠肌肌张力。结果:治疗后观察组格赛尔发展量表适应性DQ分值增高(P<0.05)

对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)

观察组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组GMFM88评分均增高(P<0.05)

观察组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后

两组内收肌肌张力均显著下降(P<0.05)

观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后

两组腓肠肌肌张力均显著下降(P<0.05)

两组变化幅度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺结合综合康复治疗能够显著改善痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿的认知水平

改善痉挛状态

提高运动能力。
