摘要

目的:比较新型熏灸器隔药饼灸联合膀胱功能训练与单纯膀胱功能训练对改善脊髓损伤后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组34例。对照组采用膀胱功能训练

观察组在对照组的基础上联合新型熏灸器隔药饼灸治疗

穴取神阙、关元、气海、中极

每天1次

每次30 min。两组均以4周为一疗程

共治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗前后膀胱最大容量、膀胱残余尿量和尿路感染情况

并评定临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为88.2%(30/34)

优于对照组的64.7%(22/34

P<0.05);观察组膀胱最大容量的增加和膀胱残余尿量的减少要明显优于对照组(P<0.01);在治疗4、6、8周

观察组患者的尿路感染改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在进行膀胱功能训练的同时

采用新型熏灸器隔药饼灸治疗可改善脊髓损伤后尿潴留。
