摘要

2017年10月至2018年5月笔者采用电针深刺八髎穴治疗混合痔吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术(PPH术)术后重度肛门坠胀30例

现报道如下。1临床资料全部30例均来自江苏省第二中医院肛肠科

根据《中医肛肠科常见病诊疗指南》[1]诊断为混合痔行PPH术

且符合《中药新药临床研究指导原则(试行)》[2]并结合临床拟定的PPH术术后重度肛门坠胀诊断标
