摘要

林国华教授为岭南火针疗法的代表传承人

他提出岭南火针临床应用以八纲辨证为主

同时结合经络辨证与脏腑辨证。认为干眼辨证可从肝肾两虚、心阴亏虚、气阴两虚3方面论治。他深入挖掘古籍内涵

结合临床实践

创立以"内承泣"穴为主穴并配合下泪点、大骨空、小骨空、少泽穴运用岭南火针点刺治疗干眼的独特疗法。本文从干眼的病因病机和岭南火针的特色入手

通过典型病案分析林教授的辨证思路和取穴特点

以期丰富干眼的临床治疗方案。
