摘要

颈源性失眠是由于颈部疾患使交感神经受刺激

大脑兴奋性增高造成睡眠时间不足或睡眠不深的病症。可导致觉醒-睡眠中枢系统功能障碍

使大脑中枢的兴奋性增高或影响下丘脑的功能

同时可导致肩颈、背部的疼痛

疼痛的严重程度与睡眠障碍存在相关性[1]。研究[2]发现

颈椎病中颈源性失眠发生率约为40%～56%

其发病率很高

严重影响人们
