摘要

患者

女

23岁。主因"右眼视物模糊

行走不利

排尿不能伴双手颤抖发胀1月余"于2017年11月至黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院就诊。现病史:2017年9月无明显诱因右眼视物模糊

4 d后视力下降至手动

当地医院诊断为"右眼视神经炎"

予以甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠500 mg静脉滴注

治疗5 d

视力无明显改善

遂至北京某医院就诊。眼科检查示:
