摘要

四海理论是古人阐述经络纵横关系的一个角度

笔者从文献角度试以髓海理论为例探索之。《灵枢·海论》所载的髓海所输之两处

并非髓海理论的应用性腧穴

以文献综合考证

得知此为髓海所输界限确定所应用的参照系

藉此确定髓海之输的范围面

并探究髓海之功能

解决"心主神明"与"脑主"神志之矛盾争论

将髓海功能明确为主一切生命活动信息调控的大概念之神。结合经络文献

由面到线

再辅以腧穴考证

由线到点

最后发现髓海理论应用的首要关键点在于脑户穴

临床髓海理论的应用需要重视督脉和脑户穴及与此相关的骨空体系。
