摘要

目的:观察针刺夹脊穴配合常规西药治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的疗效

及对炎性反应指标的影响。方法:将118例脓毒症胃肠功能障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组59例。对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利5 mg/次

每天3次;口服双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊420 mg/次

每天2次;静脉滴注奥美拉唑40 mg

每日2次;合理选用抗生素及对症治疗

维持心、肺、脑、肾等重要脏器的功能和水电解质平衡。观察组在对照组常规处理的基础上加针刺T_6

_(12)夹脊穴

留针30 min

每日1次。10 d为一疗程

共治疗1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗第1、3、6、10天白细胞计数(WBC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、前降钙素(PCT)

肠内营养喂养量及胃肠功能障碍评分

并评价两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗第1、3天各项指标比较

差异无统计学意义(P

0.05)。第6、10天观察组胃肠功能障碍评分、炎性反应指标计数均低于对照组

肠内营养喂养量高于对照组(均P

0.05)。两组治疗后胃肠功能障碍评分、炎性反应指标计数均低于治疗第1天

观察组喂养量高于治疗前(均P

0.05)。治疗后

观察组总有效率为91.5%(54/59)

高于对照组的76.3%(45/59

0.05)。结论:针刺夹脊穴配合常规西医治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍疗效优于单纯西药治疗

可降低炎性反应指标

改善胃肠功能。
