摘要

目的:观察内关与足三里预针刺对运动性疲劳的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将50例受试者分为观察组和对照组

每组25例。观察组于运动前予以针刺干预

穴取内关、足三里

每天1次

连续5 d;对照组不予任何干预。观察两组运动前、运动后疲劳主观感觉评分

血清乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶

心率及血氧饱和度的变化。结果:两组运动后疲劳主观感觉评分

血清乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶水平

心率均较运动前上升(P<0.05

P<0.01)

运动后观察组的疲劳主观感觉评分

血清乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶水平

心率均低于对照组(P<0.05

P<0.01);运动后两组血氧饱和度与运动前及组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:内关与足三里预针刺能有效降低运动性疲劳患者疲劳主观感觉评分

血清乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶水平及心率

从而改善运动性疲劳。
