摘要

小儿食积咳嗽是小儿因乳食过量或肥甘厚味造成积食

腐食化痰生热

上蕴于肺造成的咳嗽

在儿科门诊颇为多见。笔者使用已故老中医李坦然先生治疗小儿疳积的经验方疳积散

贴敷神阙穴治疗小儿食积咳嗽56例

现报道如下。1临床资料选取2017年8月至2018年1月济南市妇幼保健院舜玉路社区卫生服务中心中医科门诊的小儿食积咳嗽患儿56例

年龄1～6岁

平均4.3岁;病程1～9 d

平均3.6 d。符合食积咳嗽诊断标准([1])贴敷神阙穴治疗小儿食积咳嗽56例

年龄1～6岁
