摘要

目的:观察苗医弩药针疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效

并探索其可能的作用机制。方法:选取50例膝骨关节炎患者

采用苗医弩药针疗法在膝关节面(以血海、梁丘、阳陵泉、阴陵泉为4点的长方形内)上呈"米"字型滚动治疗

每次治疗20 min

隔日1次

每周治疗3次

10次为一疗程

共治疗2个疗程。于治疗前后观察西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分及患者血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量变化

并评定疗效。结果:治疗后患者WOMAC疼痛评分、僵硬评分、关节功能评分

血清IL-1β、TNF-α含量均低于治疗前(均P<0.01)

总有效率为96.0%(48/50)。结论:苗医弩药针疗法能改善膝骨关节炎患者关节功能

可能与降低患者血清中IL-1β、TNF-α含量有关。
