摘要

患者

女

53岁

于2017年5月27日就诊。主诉:不自主口唇运动伴舌体吐弄3月余。现病史:3个月前无明显诱因出现不自主口唇运动

伴舌体吐弄

睡眠时症状消失。于外院检查血常规、尿常规、血沉、肝肾功能等

各项指标均无明显异常

头颅MRI检查未见明显脑组织异常

诊断为抽动障碍。予以氟哌啶醇、硫必利等药物口服治疗

但病情时轻时重

遂于天津市第五中心医院寻求针灸治疗。既往高血压
