患儿

男

13岁。初诊日期:2017年10月10日。主诉:头颈向左后扭转

右上肢不自主向内侧扭转8月余。现病史:2017年2月无明显诱因出现点头、右侧肢体不自主抖动且倾斜

不能直立

伴书写障碍、斜颈。先后就诊于"吉林大学第一附属医院""首都儿科研究所"

查颅脑MRI及脑电图均未见异常

诊断为"抽
