摘要

探讨《内经》"得气"概念的原始内涵以指导艾灸的临床应用。通过溯源《内经》"得气"概念原始定义的有关条文与结合临床热敏现象及规律的临床研究成果

分析艾灸得气的特征与激发方法。提出了《内经》"得气"概念原始内涵的新观点

即"得气"是指针刺时产生的一种与疗效有关的、舒适的心-身感应

而不仅指针刺时的一种躯体感应。在此基础上

论述了艾灸热敏腧穴能够激发《内经》原始定义的"得气"

介绍了艾灸激发"得气"的方法及艾灸得气条目的筛选与初步评价

说明艾灸得气是指一组心-身-效的综合感应。
