摘要

患者

男

52岁

于2017年8月16日就诊。主诉:左侧舌咽部及颊部疼痛2月余。现病史:2个月前无明显诱因出现左侧舌咽神经分布区及左侧面颊区电击样疼痛

偶向同侧舌根、牙龈或耳内放射

发无定时

每次疼痛可持续数十秒。曾就诊于当地医院

诊断为"舌咽神经痛"

予以卡马西平及扩血管药物(具体不详)治疗

疼痛稍有缓解。近期自觉疼
